easyJet switches off APUs at Malpensa in APU-ZERO project

easyJet will permanently implement Project APU-ZERO at Milan Malpensa Airport to reduce fuel use and emissions. Partnering with TCR, Guinault, Menzies Aviation, and SEA Milan, easyJet replaces APUs with electric/hybrid PCA units, saving 1,115 tonnes of fuel and 3,600 tonnes of CO2 annually.
