In 2025, large listed companies, banks, and insurers must report on their 2024 financial year.
Starting in 2026, the CSRD will apply to any EU-based company meeting at least two of the following criteria:

€25 million or more in total assets
In 2027, listed small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will begin reporting.
