Lufthansa and Shell plan to use sustainable aviation fuels – British Airways is already flying

Frankfurt – The energy company Shell and the Lufthansa Group are planning to use more sustainable aviation fuels from 2024. Competitor British Airways is already further along, a first flight to the USA with 35 percent sustainable fuel was completed at the end of 2021.
