Aviation sector presents sustainable taxiing roadmap

The Dutch aviation sector aims to make sustainable taxiing standard at Schiphol by 2030. A 2022 pilot using TaxiBot towing vehicles could cut fuel use by 50-65%. If successful, gradual expansion will follow. Infrastructure changes and zero-emission tow vehicles are in progress to support large-scale implementation.
